📋 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 229bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any part of the 229bat platform — whether accessed through a mobile browser, a desktop browser, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 229bat platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

229bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the email address or mobile number registered to your account where reasonably practicable.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 229bat, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name within Bangladesh.

229bat is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your account's lifetime:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page and photo page)
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (no older than three months) confirming your current address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) used for deposits

229bat reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict betting activity, or close an account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

1.1 — Username and Password

You must choose a unique username and a strong password during registration. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. 229bat recommends using a password that is at least 12 characters long, containing a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your credentials with any third party.

1.2 — Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 229bat account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Outstanding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances that have met all applicable conditions will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

229bat operates a BDT-denominated wallet system. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. There is no currency conversion applied to player funds at any stage of the transaction process.

2.1 — Deposit Conditions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard
• Deposits are credited to your 229bat wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation from your provider
• 229bat does not charge a deposit processing fee; third-party provider fees (if any) are the player's responsibility
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

2.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 229bat account
• All active bonuses must be settled (either forfeited or wagering requirements completed) before a withdrawal is processed
• 229bat targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take up to one business day
• 229bat reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next business day

Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

229bat offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. Where any conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

3.1 — General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period; unclaimed bonuses expire automatically
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the combined value of the bonus amount plus any qualifying deposit
• Bonus funds and wagering contributions may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots may contribute 100% whilst live casino contributes 10% — see individual promotion terms)
• 229bat reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors is detected

3.2 — Welcome Bonus

New accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, and eligible games are stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

3.3 — Abuse of Promotional Offers

229bat actively monitors bonus activity. If a player is found to have created multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, used software to exploit bonus mechanics, engaged in bonus arbitrage strategies, or otherwise abused a promotion in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, 229bat reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void any related winnings, and permanently close the account without notice.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and game rounds placed on 229bat are subject to these Terms in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall govern unless the game rules specifically and unambiguously state otherwise.

4.1 — Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; odds may change before a bet is confirmed
• 229bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual sport's rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned
• Maximum payout limits per event or per market may apply and will be stated in the relevant sport or market rules
• Cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series are subject to the cricket-specific rules available on the Cricket page

4.2 — Casino Games

• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment overseen by trained dealers
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface before play commences
• In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's malfunction policy; 229bat's decision in applying that policy is final
• 229bat is not liable for loss of winnings resulting from a player's internet disconnection during an active game round

4.3 — Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or 229bat employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds
• Money laundering or using 229bat to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person (proxy betting) without explicit written consent

Responsible Gaming

229bat is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every account. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until gambling becomes problematic.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — adjustable upward only after a 24-hour cooling-off period
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts after defined play durations

• Voluntary self-exclusion — permanent account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months

6.1 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 229bat operates internationally. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be referred to 229bat's internal dispute resolution process before any external escalation. Players in Bangladesh agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory in which 229bat is registered for any unresolved disputes.

6.2 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 229bat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements whether oral or written.

Privacy & Data Protection
